Here are our Xbox Game Pass games for October 2026
Microsoft has announced the latest batch of games joining Xbox Game Pass in October 2026, with major releases arriving throughout the month. The standout additions include Battlefield 6, arriving October 13 on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, alongside other notable titles such as Gears of War: E-Day, Minecraft Dungeons 2, the Napoleonic soulslike Valor Mortis, and the roguelike platformer Neon Abyss 2. Additional games like Echo Weaver, Forever Ago, and Deep Dish Dungeon are also joining the service between October 8 and 16, with availability varying across cloud, console, and PC platforms.
Notably, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the acclaimed French role-playing game that won Game of the Year awards in 2025, is being removed from Game Pass starting October 15, giving subscribers only a week to experience the title before it departs. The removal is part of a broader rotation that will also remove A Plague Tale: Requiem, Donut County, and Pacific Drive from the service.
On a related note, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will not be available on Game Pass this year, following a restructuring decision by Microsoft. EA Play members with Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions will receive special rewards, including the EA Play Deployment Pack and seasonal bonuses for Battlefield 6.
