Deadpool and She-Hulk Are Coming to X-Men ‘97 Season 3
At New York Comic Con 2026, Marvel unveiled the first teaser trailer for X-Men ‘97 Season 3, revealing surprise guest appearances from Deadpool and She-Hulk. The announcement comes after the climactic conclusion of Season 2, which left the X-Men scattered across different circumstances.
According to the teaser, both characters will appear at Rogue and Gambit’s wedding—a significant plot point that had not been previously announced. While their exact roles remain unclear, the brief appearance could indicate anything from simple wedding cameos to more substantial involvement in the season’s storyline.
Deadpool’s appearance is particularly intriguing given his history of opportunistic collaboration with the X-Men franchise. As a character known for his unpredictable nature and comedic timing, his presence could add a fresh dynamic to Season 3’s narrative. She-Hulk’s involvement further suggests a broader Marvel Universe convergence within the animated series.
The wedding subplot hints at romantic resolutions for fan-favorite characters, suggesting Season 3 will balance action and character development. The inclusion of guest characters and the romantic plot point suggest the season is building toward major narrative events that could reshape the X-Men’s story moving forward.
