Who Are the Artists Behind True Damage’s Worlds Anthem Know My Name?

League of Legends’ 2026 World Championship will feature a new official anthem titled “Know My Name,” performed by True Damage, Riot Games’ virtual music group. This marks the second Worlds anthem from the band, following their 2019 debut “GIANTS.”

The decision to feature True Damage reflects Riot’s current music-focused season for League of Legends, leading the studio to choose their in-game band over mainstream artists like Linkin Park or Imagine Dragons, who have provided previous championship themes.

True Damage’s lineup has undergone significant changes since their original debut. Of the original members, only Soyeon from the K-pop group i-dle remains with the band. The departures include Duckwrth, Thutmose, Becky G, and multi-time Emmy Award winner Keke Palmer. Soyeon provides the voice for the champion Akali within True Damage and also performs with K/DA, another Riot-created music group, alongside her bandmate Miyeon.

The return of True Damage coincides with new in-game skins for the virtual band and emphasizes Riot’s ongoing commitment to integrating music and gaming through the League of Legends universe.
