IDW Promises Epic Kaiju Destruction in Godzilla Versus Everything Crossover - Fall FanFest 2026
IDW has announced “Godzilla Versus Everything,” an ambitious four-issue crossover miniseries launching in 2027 that will bring together characters from across its Kai-Sei Universe—the publisher’s interconnected Godzilla continuity that debuted in 2025. The crossover features Godzilla in his most powerful form to date, forcing the casts of the flagship Godzilla series, The Deadzone, Starship Godzilla, and The Horror of Godzilla to unite against an unprecedented threat to humanity.
The miniseries is written by New York Times bestselling author Tim Seeley and illustrated by Fero Pe. The announcement was made exclusively to IGN at Fall FanFest 2026, marking the Kai-Sei Universe’s first major crossover event since the line’s launch following extensive announcements at San Diego Comic-Con 2025.
With “Godzilla Versus Everything,” IDW aims to deliver epic kaiju destruction by uniting its disparate Godzilla titles for a climactic event that will challenge all of the universe’s heroes across multiple interconnected series and storylines.
