God of War Laufey’s $150 Collector Box has been revealed, doesn’t include a copy of the game
A limited edition collector’s box for God of War Laufey has been officially revealed, priced at $150. The premium edition package includes a statue, a mini artbook, and a deck of cards, offering physical collectibles tied to the game’s mythology and narrative.
A notable aspect of this collector’s edition is that it does not include a physical copy of the game itself—an unusual omission for a premium collector’s box at this price point. This means buyers would need to purchase the game separately, whether digitally or as a standalone physical copy. The decision highlights the shifting approach some publishers take with premium merchandise tiers, positioning collector’s boxes as standalone collectible products rather than comprehensive bundles.
