Enshrouded 1.0 – Launch Trailer
Enshrouded officially launches version 1.0 on October 15th for PC and PlayStation 5, marking the end of its nearly three-year early access period. The game is a co-op survival action RPG supporting up to 16 players.
Players take on the role of Flameborn, the last ember of hope for a dying race. The core gameplay involves surviving a corrupting fog while reclaiming the lost beauty of Embervale, the game world. It combines survival mechanics with action RPG combat and creative building elements, allowing players to construct grand halls and forge their own paths.
The 1.0 launch brings substantial content additions. The complete game map is now fully explorable, and the main story quest line is finished, providing a complete narrative experience. Extensive patch notes for the release indicate numerous features and improvements implemented throughout early access. This milestone represents a significant achievement for the indie title, which has been refined and expanded considerably before reaching its official 1.0 release.
