Players discover sprites by locating arrow-key cheat codes scattered throughout the game map. Once found, sprites must be leveled up to unlock their full potential before use in matches. To utilize sprites in gameplay, players must extract them using one of two methods: large extractors positioned at strategic locations across the map, or portable extractors stored in their gizmo inventory for greater flexibility and accessibility.
If a sprite is lost during a match, it can be re-summoned using sprite dust, a special currency earned by extracting sprites. This mechanic creates a continuous progression loop that encourages players to explore the map and engage with seasonal content.
