One Piece Could Be Coming to Fortnite Soon
One Piece, the best-selling manga and anime series, is reportedly coming to Fortnite as the theme for the next mini-season. Although Epic Games has not officially announced the collaboration, evidence discovered in recent game files strongly suggests the crossover is imminent.
The reported partnership arrives as Chapter 7 Season 4 nears its conclusion. The latest update, deployed on October 15, added the final installment of Fortnitemares seasonal content before Halloween. Epic Games regularly releases mini-seasons between major chapter updates to help bridge the transition for players and provide themed content during interim periods.
Chapter 8 will bring significant changes to the Battle Royale experience, including a completely new island map, updated weapons, revised theme, and revamped core mechanics. Mini-seasons serve as transitional content between these major overhauls.
Mini-seasons have become a staple of Fortnite’s live-service model, with each typically centered around specific themes or franchise partnerships. Players have speculated about the next season’s focus based on One Piece references found in game files, suggesting the iconic anime franchise will be featured through cosmetics, challenges, and other themed content. However, the specific elements—which characters or skins might appear—remain unconfirmed pending an official announcement from Epic Games.
