Review: Trails In The Sky 2nd Chapter - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition (Switch 2) - Another Triumphant RPG Experience From The Trails Remake Saga
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter continues the critical success of the first game’s acclaimed remake on Nintendo Switch 2. Developed by Nihon Falcom, this sequel builds upon the ground-up remake of the original Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky from 2004, which was released last year to near-universal critical and fan acclaim.
The first chapter’s remake earned widespread praise for its full 3D visuals, nuanced combat mechanics, and quality-of-life improvements that significantly improved accessibility for newcomers to the series. With the 2nd Chapter, Nihon Falcom has delivered another triumph that maintains these high standards. The sequel distinguishes itself with a notably stronger narrative, providing an enhanced story experience alongside the refined gameplay systems established by its predecessor.
