Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced will receive its New Game+ feature next week. The announcement was posted on the official Assassin’s Creed social media account, featuring a promotional image of protagonist Edward Kenway reenacting the iconic Leonardo DiCaprio meme from The Great Gatsby.
The New Game+ mode has been highly anticipated by players since the game’s July 2026 launch. Ubisoft previously confirmed in July that the feature was in development and listed among their top priorities, though it has taken over three months for the feature to arrive. The delayed rollout underscores the time required for post-launch content development.
