Pokémon Pokopia DLC 2 Leaks Reveal New Pokémon and More

Pokémon Pokopia, an early Nintendo Switch 2 hit that fundamentally reimagines the franchise around interaction and home-building rather than traditional battling and capturing, continues to receive expanded content. Following a DLC release over the summer, dataminers have discovered 25 additional Pokémon concealed within the game’s files that are not yet accessible to players.

The leaked Pokémon span multiple generations, from classic creatures like Caterpie to newer starter Pokémon including Turtwig and Fennekin. While their presence in the game’s code confirms active development, it does not guarantee their inclusion in upcoming releases. The Pokémon Company has confirmed that additional DLC is planned for 2026, and these newly uncovered creatures could arrive in either the second or potentially a third DLC expansion.

The discovery underscores the active development roadmap for the Switch 2 launch title as it evolves beyond its successful initial release, with more content in the pipeline for players to experience.
