Best Buy has announced its comprehensive holiday 2026 sale calendar, featuring five separate promotional periods spanning from October 30 through December 24. The schedule includes DoorBOOsters (October 30–November 1), Early Black Friday Deals and Doorbusters (November 6–19), Black Friday Doorbusters and Deals (November 19–28), Cyber Monday Sale Event (November 29–30), and Last-Minute Savings (December 18–24).
The announcement follows Walmart’s release of its own Black Friday schedule earlier the same day, marking the official kickoff of the major retail holiday shopping season. Best Buy’s extended promotional approach spreads discounts across multiple weeks rather than concentrating them on Black Friday itself, allowing consumers multiple windows to purchase electronics, gaming devices, and other consumer technology at reduced prices.
The strategy reflects a broader industry shift toward treating Black Friday as a month-long event rather than a single shopping day.
