Nintendo is hosting a new Indie World showcase tomorrow, featuring games for Switch and Switch 2, and it’ll be 15 minutes long

Nintendo has announced a new Indie World Showcase scheduled for October 28, 2026, marking the first such presentation since March of this year. The livestream will air at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 2 PM GMT / 3 PM CEST and will run for approximately 15 minutes, featuring new announcements and updates on indie games coming to both Nintendo Switch 2 and the original Nintendo Switch.

The showcase will be broadcast on Nintendo’s official YouTube channel. At roughly 15 minutes, this presentation will be slightly shorter than the March 2026 Indie World Showcase, which revealed several notable titles including Minishoot’ Adventures and Denshattack!.

The timing comes during a strong year for Nintendo, which has seen major releases including Pokémon Pokopia at the start of 2026, followed by successes like Fire Emblem and Nintendo Switch Sports Resort. The inclusion of Switch 2 compatibility in this showcase suggests Nintendo is actively messaging third-party indie support for its upcoming console, demonstrating commitment to developer partnerships ahead of the platform’s expansion.
