This Classic PS1 Star Wars Game Just Got a Neat PS5 Enhancement
The classic PlayStation 1 adaptation of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace is receiving an update on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in the form of a newly added Trophy list. The game, which was made available on PlayStation Plus Premium several years ago, originally launched on the service without any Trophy achievements. Trophy tracking site Exophase has now detected a complete Trophy set for the ports, including a Platinum Trophy.
The addition represents a quality-of-life enhancement for players revisiting the 1999 adaptation or experiencing it for the first time through PlayStation Plus Premium’s library of classic games. While modest compared to a full graphical overhaul, the trophy list provides modern achievement goals for fans to pursue while playing through the classic Star Wars title.
