JFuture on How DINOS Topped ALGS Groups: “I Haven’t Got A Clue”
DINOS, an independent esports team without traditional organizational backing, has topped the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Split 2 Playoffs Group Stage with 181 points, defeating 39 competing teams. The result underscores the orgless organization’s emergence as a significant force within the competitive Apex Legends community, proving that sustained excellence is achievable without traditional sponsorship or team infrastructure.
Following the strong group stage performance, DINOS advances to the Bracket Stage to compete for a place in the Split 2 Finals. Insider Gaming spoke with DINOS player Joshua ‘JFuture’ Lubitz prior to the Winner’s Bracket. When asked about his feelings following the group stage victory, Lubitz emphasized maintaining focus on the present moment rather than dwelling on past achievements or future uncertainties—a mental approach common among esports athletes preparing for high-pressure competitive situations.
