Texas’ New Attorney General Composed the Soundtrack for 67 Episodes of Dragon Ball Z’s English Dub
Nathan Johnson was elected as Texas’ new attorney general in the November 3 midterm elections, making him the state’s first Democratic attorney general. His election was part of a historic political shift in Texas, as the state turned blue for the first time in 30 years. The Democratic wave in Texas was significant, with James Talarico elected as U.S. senator and Gina Hinojosa elected as governor.
Before entering politics, Johnson had an unusual background in entertainment: he composed the music for 67 episodes of Dragon Ball Z’s English dub. This prior career in anime music composition has resurfaced as part of his political profile, drawing attention from gaming and entertainment media outlets.
