Epic Officially Makes Free D&D Game Even Free-er This Week
Epic Games Store is offering complimentary downloadable content for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, a Dungeons & Dragons-themed idle strategy management game. During this limited-time promotion, players can claim Morte’s Renown Pack at no cost, a bundle normally valued at $100.
The DLC pack centers on Morte, the iconic floating skull character from the classic RPG Planescape: Torment. The pack includes five playable champions—Morte, Nordom, Donaar, Sentry, and Sheila—along with substantial in-game rewards: 32 Platinum Chests for each character, two week-long gameplay potions, and an exclusive Kapak Draconian familiar. This content addition allows players to expand their roster and gain powerful progression tools without spending money.
Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is an auto-battler where champions automatically engage in combat while players are away from the game, enabling progress even during offline periods. The title maintains an active community through regular content updates. Epic’s free offerings this week also include an unspecified cozy base-building game, continuing the platform’s strategy of leveraging premium content to drive user engagement and library growth.
